Gallery Natural / Black / White Frames

These products are made by hand in the USA.  Due to the custom nature of the manufacturing process, there may be slight variations in dimension and/or craftsmanship. To clean, use a small amount of mild soap and lukewarm water with a soft cloth or sponge.  Do not use products containing ammonia.

Each frame arrives with the wire attached to two metal rings or plates and includes two sets of hooks and nails, each graded to support 35lb. Only one set of hooks and nails is needed, however, if you'd like your frame to hang closer to the wall, a second hook and nail can be installed to reduce the slack.

All framed prints are packed individually by Simply Framed in the U.S.A. and shipped via FedEx Ground.

All loose prints are shipped directly from Simply Framed in the U.S.A. via FedEx or USPS.

We cannot ship to PO boxes due to the size of our shipments.

If you need to change the shipping address, we recommend signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager. This is a FREE service that can be used to:

• Redirect your package to a FedEx location to be held for pickup.
• Reroute your package to a different address.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic shipping is free throughout the contiguous U.S. for all framed and loose prints.

We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska. The rates are dynamically quoted similar to international shipments.

All orders are custom-made to order and sales are final.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot make any adjustments or accept any cancellations. This includes changing the shipping address.

If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, email info@tim-scapes.com with your order number within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date for a refund.

Orders reported lost or stolen outside of the 7 days, or without photographic evidence of the damage and packaging materials, will not qualify for replacement or reimbursement.

As each frame is custom-made to order turnaround times can fluctuate dependent upon material availability, health and safety measures, and current order volume and are therefore not guaranteed. We provide ship date estimates based on the timelines for each service below.

Loose Prints
The production and delivery can take between 7-10 business days.

Framed Prints
The production and delivery can take between 10-15 business days.
