TATTOO APPLICATION DIRECTIONS:
1. Remove the transparent film.
2. Place the tattoo face down on clean, dry skin.
3. Moisten a paper towel or damp cloth and press it against the tattoo for about 30 seconds.
4. Gently rub over the backing paper to ensure full transfer.
5. Carefully remove the backing and let the tattoo dry completely before touching.
